Burghfield Santas AGM

Friday 13th March 6.30-7pm,

Burghfield Village Hall, Recreation Road, Burghfield Common, RG7 3EN

Our AGM is where we’ll present our Annual Report and Accounts, share what we’ve achieved this year, and outline our plans for the year ahead.

This is open to everyone — volunteers, supporters, sponsors, and local residents.

We’ll cover:

• How much we raised and where the money went
• Highlights from Box Kart Bash and Burghfest
• Community support 
• Plans for 2026
• How you can get involved

Burghfield Santas is run entirely by volunteers for the benefit of our local community. We believe in being open about how we operate and how funds are used.

No formalities — just transparency, celebration, and a chance to ask questions.

Our St Patrick’s Day celebrations follow the AGM.

The Bulging Sack

Back to the Sack for the Craic

Our St Patrick’s Day celebrations will be preceded by our Annual General Meeting.

Come along at 6.30 to hear what we’ve achieved this year, and our plans for the year ahead.

The Bulging Sack Craic will feature:

    • Special St Patrick’s Day Quiz by The Leprechaun (aka Rudolph!)
    • Live  Irish Music
    • Irish Stout
    • Paddys Pilsner
    • Real Ale and Craft Beer from local brewers
    • Plus a range of posh gins, Jameson’s Irish Whiskey, top-quality wines, and Irish Prosecco.
    • Special St Patrick’s Day cocktail
    • Pizza from Fornoza
