Our AGM is where we’ll present our Annual Report and Accounts, share what we’ve achieved this year, and outline our plans for the year ahead.
This is open to everyone — volunteers, supporters, sponsors, and local residents.
We’ll cover:

• Highlights from Box Kart Bash and Burghfest
• Community support
• Plans for 2026
• How you can get involved
Burghfield Santas is run entirely by volunteers for the benefit of our local community. We believe in being open about how we operate and how funds are used.
No formalities — just transparency, celebration, and a chance to ask questions.
