Would you like to get involved and raise money for your organisation?
You can!

Local community groups, churches, youth organisations, PTAs, and more can now register as a “Burghfield Santa’s Affiliate” to participate in our events. By providing volunteers, your group can earn rewards for every shift completed.

Here’s how it works:

• For every shift your volunteers complete, your organization will earn a “DYB Coin.”
• At the end of the event, we’ll distribute a portion of the funds raised, with each “DYB Coin” valued at approximately £40. The exact amount may vary depending on the event’s profitability.

This is a fantastic opportunity to raise money while having fun! In 2023, local community groups earned over £3,500 through this program.

	“My daughter and I really enjoy volunteering  together. We’ve done  marshaling, ticket desk, washing up and packing up the event. It’s a really fun family time  plus you can listen to music and sample the food and drinks!”
“Volunteering at Burghfest is not only fun and rewarding, but also a great way to fundraise. Although under 18’s are not able to work behind the bar, there are plenty of ways they can get involved.”

Interested?  Please register as a Burghfield Santa’s Affiliate.  All we ask is that as an organisation you commit a minimum of 5 volunteers for at least one of our events.
